Terms of Sale

New Accounts:
All new accounts will be shipped on a cash or credit card basis until credit is approved tor open terms customers.

Freight:
Freight will be prepaid and added to your order. All orders are F.O.B. Thousand Oaks, CA.

Orders:
Standard Orders will be shipped 7-10 days from receipt of order
Private Label/Special Requests will be shipped up to 14 days from receipt of order.

Customer Requirements:
Retail business with store front and valid vendor's license for sales tax.
Sales-tax exempt organization

Product Returns:
All Returns must be pre-authorized by our sales staff, contact number 805-277-3413
Products must be unused and in their original packaging
All returns are subject to a 50% re-stocking charge

Late fees of 1 1/2% are assessed to past due balances

Private Label:
All private label including foil and color changes are considered custom and are not returnable.
Once production has begun, we can not cancel, credit or refund.
